Triad or Three Principles

The Triad (or Three Principles) is a dynamic spiral of oppositely charged energies that intertwine around a neutral "pole" or "center." The central pole acts as conductor, grounding rod, neutralizer, or unifier. The two spirals of cool and hot interdependent energy principles rise up and meet. Within every Element, as it manifests in the body, there is both an emotional and physical triad.
