The Dream  
Robed in violet, the color of the spirit, the pregnant Empress sits upon a throne of stone, rooting her to the Earth. Upon her head she wears a star and halo, tying her to the heavens. In her right hand she clasps a bouquet of flowers. There are flowers all about her, for she is the fertile Earth Mother. By her unseen hand, the earth produces a cornucopia of beauty as in a well-tended garden. Her nurturing femininity helps us to give birth to creative ideas. At her feet flow the waters of the "collective unconscious," uniting us all as her family in the most profound way. As she gazes into this misty stream, The Empress knows that its waters will give new life to the seeds that are her children. She dreams that all her unconditionally loved children be fortunate and know the abundance that is their birthright. The Empress can help us to bring our own daydreams to fruition in a world where logic and intuition should dwell together as do Heaven and Earth.

The Awakening  
Have an open and sympathetic heart and your wishes will be provided for. Be aware of your contact--mental, emotional and physical--with the ever-new beauty, sensuality, fertility, and peace of our earthly garden paradise, and you will not want for these things in your own life. Creative inspiration and productivity are available to you if you will try to bring heaven down to earth. Exert your power with a loving hand.

The Enchantment  
To make a dream come true, take half an eggshell and balance it on a plate containing fertile earth. On the night of the new moon, fill the eggshell with some of the soil and in it plant a seed of your choice. As you do, repeat these words: "I will plant my dream seeds in the fertile earth of my imagination and reap a harvest of love, creativity and harmony."
