The Dream  
A strong, young figure stands by a well-constructed wall of her own making. The wall has been built brick by brick, with great attention to detail and a persistent productivity. She proudly views the results of her work with an expression of serenity, knowing that she has done her very best. She is obviously a disciplined worker, well-prepared and efficient. Her feet are planted firmly upon the ground. There is a feeling of centeredness and order about her. The flowers in full-bloom above her head are both the blossoming of her productivity and its reward. This harvest follows order not chaos, trust not control. The skilled young woman is careful and methodical in performance and naturally intuitive in everything she does. She is the embodiment of craftsmanship.

The Awakening  
If you are prepared to learn as you work carefully, attending to all details lovingly, your work will achieve great results. Be skillful and practical and you will become a craftsperson, doing work for its own sake and not for speedy self-gain or for another's profit. As you go about your task, think only about what you are doing and not at all about the rewards you expect as a result. You will achieve a period of serene contentment, following a job well done.
