AstroLogical Reason for Today's Craziness2

I had explained to you in Part 1 that there is a major astrological event going on between the planets Pluto (called Gaga by the ancient Sumerians of Mesopotamia – modern day Iraq), Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter that, to me, seems to correlate with the absolutely crazy time we are presently going through here on Earth. This event is known as a T-Square, a time when two or more planets are in opposition to each other (180 degrees apart) and, at the same time, one or more planets is making a ninety degree angle to them.

I forgot to add that when it’s not one but two planets making this ninety degree angle, called a “square” in astrology, and they are, themselves, 180 degrees apart and opposite each other, you have what is known as a “Grand Cross.” As if the T-Square wasn’t kicking our collective butts enough, every time the Moon goes into the early degrees of Cancer, it’s home sign, it opposes Pluto/Gaga for a day and adds a Grand Cross level of emotions, the Moon’s purview, to the already potent T-Square brew. So this happens every twenty-eight days! And the Sun was at 4 degrees of Cancer on June 26th, 2010, the date of a Lunar eclipse, no less!!

But what does all this mean? What does it have to do with our individual lives? Is this something we should worry about or what?

Let’s first concentrate on what it all means and we’ll then relate it to your life. Before I do, I have to say that there is no need to worry any more than you usually do, since most of us worry too much anyway. As Mark Twain wrote, “I am an old man now. My life has been filled with many troubles, most of which never happened.” Most of the things we worry about don’t come to pass. The astrology of this T-Square, like the astrology of one’s chart and throughout one’s life, is something to be aware of, not to beware of.

When I teach astrology I don’t usually get to talking about the angles planets make until my students fully understand the meaning of the planets and the signs, but this is a very important time and this is turning out to be a full immersion course, a mini-astrology book I’m writing on the fly just for you, dear friends and fans of our website, www.TheEnchantedWorld.com, and or our Facebook Friend and Fan pages. We’re all in this together and we need to support each other – that’s one of the meanings of this T-Square, by the way, and I always listen to the T-Square. Amy has one in her chart and it makes for an exceptional person, if a person with it in their natal (birth) horoscope is willing to do the work and let such a powerful charged energy come through them. Amy is like The Magician in the Tarot, the Soul calling forth the Divine Energies and grounding them in great works, something she most certainly does in her artworks.

Back to our full immersion astrology course, to learn what this all means, to humanity and to each of us personally, we have to get to know the planetary players involved and their keywords. When I teach astrology, I give my students the basic keywords for the planets because you would be amazed at the insights that can be gained by stringing together the keywords for a planet and the sign and astrological “house” it occupies in a horoscope. The astrological houses are how to determine how the T-Square affects you personally and so we’ll get to that in a future lesson. Right now, let’s get back to the keywords for the astrological players involved in the T-Square in question.

Saturn

Keywords: Discipline, limits, structure, time, serious, patience, the past, saturnine

Is opposed to:

Uranus

Keywords: Unusual, eccentric, disruptive, electric, futuristic, inventive, genius

And

Jupiter

Keywords: Expansive, positive, big, jovial, growth, fortunate, magnanimous

And all of the above planets are square (ninety degree angle) to:

Pluto (Gaga)

Keywords: Judgment, power, sex, death, resurrection, transformation, superhuman

Okay, so now we know the players. Let’s see how the game is played. When two or more planets are seen as being next to each other when viewed from Earth, they are said by both astrologers and the astronomers who don’t want to admit that astronomy was born from astrology to be “conjunct.” This means that their qualities are coming at us mixing and blending their not-so-little hearts out. I disagree with astrologers ancient and modern who think that some combinations of conjunct planets are inherently better than others. I say it depends on who you are and what you want out of life.

Now, literally now, the conjunction we’re talking about is Jupiter at the magical fourth degree of Aries (magical in this case because Pluto/Gaga is at the fourth degree of Capricorn, making an exact square – powerful!) and Uranus in the first degree of Aries, having only recently entered the sign of Aries for an approximately seven year stay. Jupiter stays in a sign for about a year. So how do Jupiter and Uranus energies combine their invisible spectrum “light” vibrations on us? Let’s go to the video tape, I mean, the keywords!

Jupiter conjunct Uranus. Let’s just take the keywords for both planets in the same order I wrote them, which was how I thought of them, not planned at all, and see what we come up with when putting them in both directions. I will suggest some possible correlations in the real world and I welcome yours:

Unusually expansive: The politics of hope

Expands unusually: The government “takeovers” of banks, car companies, healthcare.

Eccentrically positive: I realize that we’re talking about planetary energies, not personal ones here, but this combination could symbolize me and the relatively few people like me, IMHO, because I have been positive in my financial predictions on www.TheStreet.com since the bottom fell out of the stock market in 2008 and I still think things are getting better and that we are not just suffering through this time, but learning valuable lesson from it. If I didn’t think that, I wouldn’t waste my time writing this blog/book.

Positively eccentric. This is an easy one. Almost every discussion everyone has nowadays ends with “I guess everyone’s crazy!”

Disruptively big. Too big to fail banks and corporations.

Big disruptions. This one needs little explanation and I pray we’ve seen the last of them.

Electrically jovial. Reality TV? I know, that’s a stretch. “Sometimes the magic works and sometimes it doesn’t. – Chief Dan George in the movie “Little Big Man”

(jovial electric). I don’t really get this combination, do you? Love to hear from you about it.

Futuristic Growth. Bloom energy and other new technologies that have the potential to help us create a most positive future.

Growing Futuristic. People are starting to wake up to the fact that if we want to see a more positive future, we have to get up off our butts and get involved. We obviously cannot leave it to the politicians and corporations and the rich and powerful because what a great job they’ve done, not!

I think we get the picture here. Uranus and Jupiter combined are trying to bring the world’s consciousness into a future that is positive and very, very different from what has come before. This is made even more daring and innovative because both planets are in the pioneering, honest, and goal-oriented sign of Aries. And if these energies were allowed to operate at their purest level, we would be moving full speed ahead creatively building a wonderful future along the lines of the World’s Fairs and Disney World visions. But that’s not the way this game is being played. There are powerful energies arrayed that are trying to polarize/negate these positively futuristic visions of the magnanimous geniuses out there trying to build what the future wants and needs.

And we’ll get into them (Saturn in Libra and Pluto/Gaga in Capricorn) tomorrow when our astrological detective story continues and we find out “Who’s trying to kill The Future!”
