Protection Ritual & Breathing Exercise
Relax and get comfortable. Use whatever position makes it easier for you
to relax. Either lie down with your spine straight, or sit upright in a
chair with your spine straight. Close your eyes. Let all of your muscles relax. Take three deep, luxurious breaths:
One for the Body…. Breathe in… and out. One for the Mind….breathe in….and out. One for the Spirit….breathe in….and out.
Become aware of letting go of the worries of the day….Breathe in….and out. Ground yourself by feeling where your body meets the floor or chair or pillow. You are safe. You are taking this special time to cleanse, balance and recharge your energy system. Begin
by imagining a diamond shape filled with a healing white light floating
above your head. This is a flowing light that connects the power of the
earth with the spirit of the Universe. This light will clear any
imbalance in you. It is the white diamond light of the Goddess. Take
a deep breath and visualize light from the diamond pouring through the
top of your head, filling your mind, body and spirit with a healing and
protective light. Feel the cleansing energy flow through you. Breathe
in and out slowly as you see the white light clear out any blocks you
may have .
Imagine breathing in Love…. Protection…and a Sense of Peace.
Imagine breathing out Anger… Fear…..Judgment.
See these worries disappearing into the healing energy of the white light.
Feel strong and centered. You are a grounded, loving and spiritual person.
Allow yourself to feel secure and rooted to the Earth.
Let out a deep sigh. AAHHHHH.
